Rahr Corporation Announces Strategic Corporate Alignment; Rahr Malting Co. & BSG to Merge
SHAKOPEE-- Rahr Corporation, a family-owned, global supplier of specialty and premium products in the food and beverage industry, announced plans to combine its Rahr Malting Co. and BSG business units, including all operations and commercial activity, creating a new business unit, RahrBSG. Effective today, this new business will be led by CEO, Willie Rahr, President, Darren Smith as well as Chief Commercial Officer, Ron Johnson and Chief Operations Officer, JD Dempsey.
